Fine Art Trade Guild Committee

From September 2018, Gail will be a member of the Fine Art Committee, meeting in the London offices 4 times a year to develop the Guild Society of Artists and the annual exhibition at the Art & Framing Industry Awards which takes place in Stratford-Upon-Avon each May. A huge honour to be included in a team of amazing artistic and business talent from all sectors of the industry.

Floors Castle, Kelso

Gail is producing a series of paintings set in and around the grounds & gardens of Floors Castle in Kelso, Scotland's largest inhabited Castle.  Gail met with the Duke of Roxburghe to detail to collection and gain access to the castle for research purposes. It is envisaged that the collection will be complete in the summer of 2020 ready for exhibition.

Kelso, Scottish Borders

Gail is now splitting her time between Crete and Kelso in Scotland. New Day Workshops and Tuition will be available in Kelso, and you can keep track of what is available by looking at the 'Kelso' page on this website.

Guild Society of Artists

Gail Wareham has qualified as an Associate of the Guild Society of Artists, which is linked with the Fine Art Trade Guild. An election process was followed to attain this qualification, with a submission of 6 pieces of work. The judges of the committee of the Guild had to accept 5 of the 6 pieces for the qualification to be issued.

Azogires Art Atelier

The studio is open for the season in Crete, with a full stock of prints and greetings cards, as well as original artwork on display, information about the 'Paint Paleochora' Workshops and Art Courses, and if you are looking for that something special, don't forget you can ask for details about a commission piece.

2017

'Paint Paleochora' Art Courses

The usual 3 and 5 day courses are available as well as several new Day Workshops - you can see details of everything on the paint paleochora website - or contact me direct by email (see contact page). It is also possible to tailor your course this year to be one on one, or to run for a longer period with shorter hours each day.

New Art Atelier

From February this year, you will find me at my new Atelier in the village of Azogires.  The move is a surprise, but it is certainly not a chore to be in this beautiful village. Come and visit me, and the village, whenever you are around.....

Fine Art Trade Guild

From October this year, I am now a member of the Fine Art Trade Guild.  I take my profession seriously, and I believe in providing good value, and high quality for my customers, whether that is a greetings card purchase, an original artwork purchase, or a 5 day art course - I believe in the values that the Guild stands for, and I am proud to be able to display their logo.
